What payments do you accept in your online store?
All credit card payments are accepted and processed through PayPal.

If I buy a Product, when will it be delivered?
All my items are shipped within one week of receiving the order.You should receive your USA domestic order within 7-10 days. International Customers please allow 12-14 days for delivery. Due to customs we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

How do you determine the shipping cost?
You will use the Shipping Calculator to determine the cost. The cost will depend on the which carrier you choose, final destination, size and weight of the shipment.

Will my product be insured?
Yes, all orders that are over $100 in total and have a US Domestic address are insured. This cost is included in your original shipping fee.

Can I exchange or return my item?
Please email bdzajicek@sbcglobal.net for exchange and return inquiries. You have 30 days from receiving your item to resolve any return/exchange issues. You are responsible for the cost to ship the item back to Oak St. Studio. Item must be received in perfect condition to receive a refund.

Privacy Policy:
As part of the order process, the following information is collected:

Name; Shipping/Billing Address; Email Address; Phone Number. Credit Card information is not collected as payment is processed directly through PayPal.
The information collected is used only to fill orders and to contact buyers if there are any questions.
